Opening Autumn 2020

A trip to Shanbally House & Gardens is not complete without dropping into Farmacy Café! Farmacy Cafe at Shanbally is designed in an apothecary theme.  Located in the rustic basement of the main house, it has a homely feel.  Our open fireplace and revealed stonework make this the ideal space for a cosy cup of Shanbally Herbal Tea. On a sunny day, you can sit out in our patio area and enjoy the smells, blossoms and colour that surrounds you in our landscaped gardens.

Farmacy Café stays true to our “Health Through Nature” ethos. We pride ourselves on our plant-based menu where we use our freshly grown organic produce from our organic farm.  Therefore, we have a strong link with Heiko and all the growers on our farm!!

For a morning or afternoon treat, sample our range of homemade scones. Also on our menu will be cakes, brownies, flapjacks and other freshly baked treats! Follow this by a walk through our landscaped gardens. Explore what nature has to offer here at Shanbally House and Gardens .

However, if you can’t wait until we open, please visit our sister cafe located in Nenagh. Steeples’s ethos is founded on focusing on a healthy, mind, body and spirit. Steeples focuses mainly on delicious nutritionally dense vegetarian food with most of our ingredients organically sourced from our farm when in season.
