Rachele is a Plant scientist and pharmacognosist at Shanbally Herb Dispensary. Her interest in Plant Sciences and Phytomedicine (MSc. Medicinal Natural Products and Phytochemistry; MSc. Healthcare and Biology) strengthened her determination to contribute to the Herbal Industry growth. Striving for product excellence, she is therefore committed to implementing high pharmaceutical quality standards in Shanbally manufacturing process.

Joanne joined the Shanbally Herb Dispensary team in 2019.  She has always had a keen interest in plants and their medicinal properties. After graduating from Environmental science in Galway she went in search of more practical knowledge in organic growing with permaculture principles. Working on farms throughout India, Nepal, Portugal and Morocco Joanne was fascinated with the family’s traditional use of local plants for common ailments. This spurred her on a holistic path to go and study yoga and Ayurveda.

Paul grew up in South Africa surrounded by herbal medicine. His grandmother and aunt were herbalists and major influences on him growing up. A serious illness in the family finally made Paul begin his training in natural medicine. He studied the Foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine at Shenzhou TCM University in the Netherlands before moving to Ireland in 2018 to pursue a diploma in Western Herbal Medicine. He joined the Shanbally Herb Dispensary team in March of 2019.
